This letter serves to inform you that Term 2 academic reports for Grades 8, 9, and 12 are now available for collection. You are kindly requested to collect your child’s report as follows:
Date: Friday, 27 June 2025
Time: 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Venue: School Library / Designated Collection Area
Please note that reports will be issued only to parents or legal guardians. If someone else will be collecting on your behalf, please ensure that they bring a signed letter of permission and a copy of your ID.
Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated, as it is vital that you stay informed about your child’s academic progress particularly for our Grade 12 learners who are approaching the final stretch of the academic year.
